Tastks can only be saved until june 21, 2025

Since May 19, tasks have only been saved if the end date is before June 22, 2025. After that the tasks disappear What could be causing this? Can anyone help me?
EmClient version 10.3.1738 runs on Windows 11.

I’m having the same problem.
Running windows 11 pro x64, all updates current as of May 27, 2025.
I hope this is fixed soon.

Try then the latest V10.3.2040 via the release history page and see if that fixes it.

Backup your current version first via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason. Also close eM Client before updating.

If the latest update still doesn’t fix that issue, update and example of exactly how you enter the task in this thread. Also if you can include a screenshot and blackout anything personal.

I found the issue and fixed it myself. Somehow, without notiying me, a Tasks setting was changed. Maybe due to a Windows or an eM Client update, or whatever.

Here is the fix:

  1. At the top left corner of the screen, click on the 3 horizontal bars symbol.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Tasks.

  4. Click General.

  5. Click in the field: “Show upcoming tasks within”

  6. Make your choice from the drop down menu.

  7. Save and Close.

FIXED.
