Is it possible to have task automatically appear on the calendar on the day that a task is due?
While it is not possible to have the task appear in the calendar view, it is viewable in the Agenda Sidebar. If it has no due date, it will appear in a separate section at the top of the list, whereas if there is a due date it will appear among the calendar entries for that day.
If your tasks are not seen in the Agenda Sidebar, click the settings cog next to Agenda and select Show Tasks.
