Tasks is not working for several days (sync errors), right now Calendar has also sync issues

An attend to connect to GSuited is failed for Calendar events. Same happens for several days with Tasks in spite of connecting well to Mail.

Maybe look in Menu > Tools > Operations and see what error is in the Log tab.

Sure (Mis Tareas is the Spanish translation of My Tasks and XXX.io my domain mail changed):

Because of this, both Calendar and Tasks stop working. IMAP Sync works OK.

Please if you need any other detail, tell me. Thx.

Was there a resolution to this.  I think I’m having the same issues.

I didn’t find a solution and they didn’t provide any feedback either. eMClient seemed very good at the beginning but I have had more and more issues lately.

If you opened a support ticket with eM Client, and they don’t reply, then maybe increase the priority of the ticket. Otherwise they usually reply within a day during the work week.

Interestingly, I installed the beta on my personal laptop at home which is using basic Gmail, not G-Suite like the office uses.  I have zero issues with tasks or calendar.

Our office is moving to Microsoft O365 I was told, so it may work there like at my home, or maybe they will read this post and comment eventually.

This is a community supported forum Rick. eM Client employees do not usually comment here.

As a Pro License user you can open a support ticket with eM Client to get direct assistance from them.

How do I increase the priority of the ticket? I don’t see anything to change it from the forum or in the thread.

Not on this forum, on the Pro Support page.

Login to Pro Support and go to the ticket you opened for the issue. Then change the priority from Low to Medium.

So I should pay for the support  fair enough. Thanks Gary for yours anyway.

Well, if you’re using the application for business use then you need to purchase a Pro License, with which you will get access to VIP Support.

I’m not using for business, but only with a corporate account. If my company would do so we had paid for it, so I make out you block the app in this case somehow or just discriminate users like me…good business plan

The application is not blocked but if you want to use it with your corporate account, then you need to purchase a Pro License. This is in the agreement you accepted when you registered for your license.

If you have a problem with that, you should take it up with eM Client. This is, after all, a community supported forum, not eM Client Support.
