So far sent messages just show in local Sent folder on PC. How do I get sent messages from the PC to also show in Sent folders on icloud synced devices.

Yes, they get sent . Just don’t show on any Apple devices on using same account on iCloud. Everything else syncs great.

anyway I will need your IMAP logs, go to tools - settings - advanced, check IMAP under your iCloud account, apply and restart eM Client.
then hit “F5” or send & receive and after send logs… to [email protected] together with this topic’s URL.
after this you can turn logging off.
Plus I could use screenshot of this issue where I will see messages in sent folder plus your folder structure.
