Synchronizing folder list failed

Synchronizing folder list failed due to the following error: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

eM Client version: 6.0.22065.0
to Exchange 2010.

Any solution to solve this problem?

Hi, sorry to see this, this error points out to a setting issue, the server was not found suggests the server address is not setup correctly in eM Client and thus the application is unable to connect to the server, please check your application settings and make sure you’re using the recommended settings.

Or try to setup the account using the automatic setup using your email address and password only.

What mail service are you using with eM Client to synchronize your items with the server?

Thx for your reply, our Email server is Exchange 2010, the Outlook 2003 in the same computer can connect to the same email account without any error, but has such error in emClient.
Since some of our old computers’ MS Office version did not meet the min. requirement for using Exchange 2010, we plan to deploy the pro version of emClient to them, your help is very importance.

Can you please make a screenshot of your Exchange account settings from eM Client and submit it them to us here on the forum for more information?

How did you setup the account in eM Client?

Can you please switch to the Log tab in eM Client when the error occurs, copy the content of the log and submit it to us here on the forum as well?
