synchronization problem 2 mail accounts

I have 4 accounts in eM Client; 2 mail accounts and 2 calendar accounts. I have enabled the option to sync my mail accounts when I startup eM Client.

The problem is that one of my mail accounts sync when I start eM but to sync the second mail account I always have to click the Refresh button. 

How can I sync both mail accounts when I start up eM?

eM Client should sync all accounts automatically on startup.

Who is the email provider, and is the account setup as IMAP, Exchange or POP3?
