Our company just changed the emails from Gmail to Outlook and during this change, I noted that not all the emails were synchronized which eventually made me face different difficulties.
How can it be resolved?
If all your emails haven’t all been transferred out of Gmail account to your Outlook account, (presuming both accounts have been added into eM Client), is to just “drag” the missing messages to the equivalent folder in your Outlook account, or use the “move to folder” option in eM Client to move the missing messages and any custom message folders from your Gmail account to your Outlook account equivalent folder.
Then once you are certain all your Gmail messages are showing in your Outlook account in eM Client, if you are no longer using your Gmail account then remove your Gmail account via “Menu / Accounts”.
Before doing anything, make a manual backup of eM Client via “Menu / Backup” just incase you need to restore for any reason. You can see when the backup is complete via clicking the drop-down on the right of Refresh top left.
