I am getting a syncronisation error but I don’t understand why or what to do about it. There is a reply in FAQ about a year ago which suggests somebody else had the problem and cited the solution, but does not show what the original problem was .

I am not a geek or particularly technically minded, but your reply and the attached article does not tell me what to do about it. You say it is fixed - but do I just ignore the message?
Another respondant says they had multiple duplications of contacts recently - apparently after the fix.
The announcement from eM Client basically says that there was an issue, it was fixed in co-operation with Google, now it has reappeared.
Has there been a solution? I am still getting the error.
