Sync2eM not working on Verizon Wireless Motorola Droid Bionic (Android 2.3.4)

The Sync2eM instructions for Android do not match Droid Bionic. Bionic is requiring the following: username (text field), password (text field), email address (text field), server (text field), use secure connection (yes/no), verify certificate (yes/no). ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED BY BIONIC.

Can someone please provide sample info and format?

I am presently getting message, “login to the account failed, please try again.”

Yes. I was hoping that once it was answered, the solution would be posted for anyone else who experiences the same problem.

If you followed instructions at, section Supported
devices/Android, it should synchronize without problems. Are you sure that you have any items at your Sync2eM account (check it through e.g. webmail or eM Client)?
