mir fällt immer wieder auf das die Synchronisation der Postfächer und Filter oS übergreifend nicht wirklich gut funktioniert. Ich muss öfters bereits auf einem System verschobene oder gelöschte Mails auf anderen Systemen nochmals löschen/verschieben. Das kostet mehr Zeit und ist unproduktiv. Unter IMAP verstehe ich das anders - mit Outlook hat das bisher reibungslos funktioniert! Gibt es unter Einstellungen etwas, was man eventuell gesondert aktivieren muss, damit Filter sowie andere ausgeführte Aktionen (Spam, usw.) auf allen Systemen permanent /umgehend synchronisiert werden.
Vielleicht hat jemand eine Idee oder Ratschlag.

I keep noticing that the synchronization of mailboxes and filters across OS systems isn’t working very well. I often have to delete/move emails that have already been moved or deleted on one system to other systems. This takes more time and is unproductive. I understand it differently with IMAP – it’s worked perfectly with Outlook so far! Is there something in the settings that I might need to activate separately so that filters and other actions performed (spam, etc.) are permanently/immediately synchronized on all systems?
Maybe someone has an idea or advice.
