Sync issues on multiple PCs and IMAP accounts

Hi there

I use EM-Client on 3 devices with multiple IMPA accounts.
Many times when i receive email I see it on device 1 but I later cannot find the on device 2 - after some hours I see them on all devices.
Mostly I think it has something to do with which client/PCs receives the email first and adds it to the global inbox folder or global “unread” folder.

Is it recommended to turn the global folders off?
