Hello, I can see iCloud appointments on Em Client Calendar, but how can I see Em Client Calendar appointment on iCloud Calendar?

Once you enter iCloud calendar events in eM Client, they will sync to your iCloud online same account calendar which you can then access via browser as per the following Apple website documentation.
Now if you have Local eM Client Calendar events and you want to also see those as well in your eM Client iCloud calendar, then “right click on the event” and and then choose “copy to folder” in the dropdown and choose your iCloud account.
