Sync has become incredibly slow

Over the last few days, my EM client 10.3.2622 (9cd48bf) has become incredibly slow to refresh and sync new email…

Need support assistance

If this has just started to happen all of a sudden that usually is related to an external issue.

That can be eg: Mail server related or Mail Routing might have changed between the remote mail server and you, or It might be your assigned IP Address from your ISP has gone stale / slow, or you might have some resident program running in the background interfering with the mail client.

So first thing check with your mail server if they are currently experiencing any issues. If they dont have any issues, then next suggest to power off your computer and modem / router and any internal switch’s etc ifor 2 mins and then power everything back on and try again.

If rebooting your modem / router and computer makes no differance do a speed test on your internet to make sure that is working as normal. If it’s not, then contact your Internet providor.

If your Internet speed test is normal, then next if you are running any eg: optionally installed Firewall / Security program, or optionally installed Antivirus program or vpn’s, other than what comes default with your os, then try completely disabling those to test in case of interference.

Lastly also make sure you have done all your OS System updates apart from eM Client updates.
