Is it possible to sync my Google contacts with my contacts list in emclient without adding my gmail account to emclient?

You can export your Google contacts online to either a .vCard or .CSV file via this link, and then in eM Client go to “Menu / File / Import” and select the exported file in the wizard.
Then eM Client will ask you on the next import wizard screen which account contacts you want to import them into.
