Sync error repeating with calendar for MSN account

Hi.

I’ve just (re-)installed eM Client on my new laptop and trying to sync my personal email and calendar (which is an msn account). I keep getting an error - I have copied the error and pasting it here:
[AirSync] Synchronizing folder ‘******@msn.com/Calendar’ failed due to the following error: The input string ‘’ was not in a correct format.

How can I resolve this please?

Hi, we’d like to see diagnostic logs capturing this:

  1. Go to Settings > Advanced.
  2. Enable logging for AirSync under the affected account.
  3. Restart eM Client.

After the error reappears:

  1. Go to Help > Open Log Directory in the menu and locate any new files with AirSync in the name.

I have the same problem. It cropped up when the em client took the most recent update. Will send you the logs that you requested.

Thanks to everyone who brought the issue to our attention. I can now confirm our developers were able to identify the cause and prepare a fix, so I’ll email everyone affected an internal version for download once it’s ready.
