Sync categories/labels between emclient and outlook

I would like to know if it is possible to synchronize categories (mails, calendar, tasks) with Outlook 365. With exchange it is automatic, but not outlook 365

Unfortunately the option is not possible when the account is setup as IMAP. Sorry.
