Is there a way to switch user profiles when the eM Client is open “without going into the Settings”.

No, in Postbox and Thunderbird, the only way how to manage or switch profiles is in Profile manager on startup, we’ve added managament of profiles to settings as well. You can run multiple profiles at once. What would be the use case for such switching?
A family member comes over and needs to urgently do some emails (which happens alot in our house) and I can then go straight to the menu or shortcut keys and open their profile without having to go to Settings to launch their profile. Then just minimise my own main profile.
So a menu option and / or shortcut keys would be much faster to quickly launch a family member profile (when eM Client is already open).
