I installed the program in June. After receiving your question if I was a free user or a paid user I tried to install the license key but: supplied license key is not valid
It seems there is a problem with recently issued license keys. So far there has been no official response from eM Client staff.

For anyone else with this issue -
sorry for the inconvenience, there seems to be an issue on our server. We are working on a fix. In the meantime, please feel free to send me a message at Olivia@emclient.com if your license was not created and I will create and send it to you manually.
the temporary bug on our license server which happened last night causing the problem with saving new licenses has been resolved.
You can now create Free licenses on our website again - https://www.emclient.com/free-license
For any Pro license users seeing this who experienced this issue - please get in touch with our Pro support immediately and we will re-create your purchased licenses.
