Hello, not quite sure what you’re suggesting, are you using a POP or an IMAP account protocol for use with your mail server? If you’re using IMAP you should only have to re-setup your account in eM Client and all the available data will be resynchronised with the server. However if you’ve removed your account and your emails are not available on the mail server, I’m afraid it’s no longer possible to restore your data without an existing backup.
