sudden smtp authentication error


Can you please provide a screenshot of the error and the logs from the Log tab of the Operations window?



Thanks for follow up, here is the log:  basically, i have been using em client very well for over a year, but just last week it stop working. but Outlook is working fine, with smtp authentication… with/without ssl etc…  I tried download the lastest beta version of em client , also failed:

Hello Leo,
please uncheck the ‘Server requires authentication’ option for your SMATP server in the Tools>Accounts section.
As for the problem with POP, there seems to be part of the log missing, could you please copy the full content out? (Ctrl-A to select all, Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V to copy it out)
