Subfolders missing

Hi,
While I receive messages via POP, Em Client is blockaded, I had to close with the task manager. I see that I lost some subfolders and messages, if I try to return them to create, It says “there is already a subfolder with the same name and different type”. How can I do to recover subfolders?

Hello Joan, I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to, can you please make a screenshot of the error/issue you’re experiencing? Please note that POP3 accounts are unable to synchronise your subfolders as POP3 protocol is only for receiving new unread mail - if you’d like to keep your mail synchronised with the server, please make sure to setup your account as IMAP.
