Subfolder not being visible

I use Zoho but want to use a local client with reasonable contacts, I am also considering using the email but none of my subfolders are being visible. I have about 100 of them. I have deleted and re-installed the mail a few times now, I am really close to giving up on this software. Can anyone help?

If I understand your question, when you right-click an individual folder you will see these options, amongst others, that control the viewing options for the folder

Does selecting SHOW make the folder visible?
FWIW, I have all my folders set as seen above…
