Stuck outgoing email due to invalid address, can't find to delete

If have an outgong email that is stuck somewhere; eM Client has been trying to send it for weeks. Every time I get the following error:

[Exchange Web Services] Sending email failed due to the following error: At least one recipient is not valid., Recipient ‘[email protected].’ is not resolved. All recipients must be resolved before a message can be submitted.

It doesn’t appear in my Outgoing mailbox, and I can find it anywhere else so I can delete it. It’s driving me crazy. How do I fix this?

Normally stuck mail will be in the Outbox “at the bottom left of eM Client” in Local Folders

Enable Local Folders V10
Go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / General / Folders” and check “Local Folders” & Save Settings.

Enable Local Folders V9
Go to “Menu / Settings (Preferences) / General / General” and check “Show Local Folders” and Save Settings.

Thanks. Although I was already showing Local Folders and the Outbox folder was empty, while double-checking the Folders settings I turned on the Outbox folder in Favorites, and that allowed me to see and delete the problem email.
