My em client is stuck trying to send one large email. It continually fails to the point that the client crashes. I’d like to halt the operation but also retrieve the email so I can remove the large attachment. I’m using an account linked to an exchange server but the email is not in the outbox.
Hello David, try to run the application in offline mode by holding the CTRL button while the application is initialising, hold the button while clicking on the application’s icon and wait for the popup that prompts you about launching in offline mode. Then you should be able to find the message and remove it.
Did you check the outbox in local folders? If you’ve already removed the message from the outbox check under your accounts trash folder as the message may be uploaded to the trash if it’s too large.
