I have one or two regular spammers sending the same spam email under the same name but using a different email address every time. The email address is different by way of incremental numbers after the domain name each time so blocking the domain doesn’t work.
What I need is to be able to block the emails via the senders name which is always the same. Is there a way to do this ?
You can create a Rule and use the Contains option when adding part of the address that is common to the spam messages. It also needs to be unique to them, as you don’t want any of your regular messages that match to be moved to Junk.
A better option though is to mark the message as spam in the webmail interface for your email provider. Their server will learn from that and in future similar messages should automatically be moved to spam before they reach your Inbox.
