Hi I have 2 gmail account, last week I changed my pc so with this new one, em can load and show gmail imap folder only with one account, for the second one it shows the incoming mail but doesn’t load gmail folder. I tried many times to delete the accounts end reinstall em-client but nothing works.
I don’t understand if the problem is em client or gmail.
Send me your IMAP logs please. It would tell us more. Simply go to Tools - Settings - Logging, check IMAP under the problematic account and restart eM Client. Then send us the log using the same logging settings window. Thank you.
