Why am I limited (free user) on the number of emails stored in the Trash Folder? It seems it only stores a months worth of deleted emails. It use to be unlimited. Any suggestions
What indication are you receiving that you no longer have unlimited Trash folder capacity (messages, errors from MENU>OPERATIONS)?
Is this the eM Client “Local Trash” folder or your “Mail Acct” online Trash folder ?
If its your mail acct (online trash folder), alot of these are limited to eg: 30days and then will automatically delete like eg: Gmail does. So best to keep emails you may want to open again in a folder (outside the trash folder) if you have an online mail account like this.
If its the local trash folder in eM Client, i don’t think there is a limitation that i’m aware of.
