Stop "operations" popup displaying when opening eM Client

How can I prevent the “operations” pop up from displaying everytime I open eM Client? Can I choose for it to work in the background? As it is, I always have to click “hide” or “X” out of the pop up while it keeps working.

Open Tools - Settings - General and disable the option “Show window on send and receive” . It should help.
