It has been a year now with this issue. I am still unable to send emails from my hotmail account (IMAP). Hasn’t this been corrected yet?
We provided a solution at the time it happened, and have since update our Knowledgebase with further improvements for eM Client 9.2 users.
You should also be aware that Microsoft no longer accept username password/logins. If your account is setup that way, you will need to follow the instructions here: Microsoft disables Basic authentication for all accounts | eM Client
