still cannot find answer to correct problem with receiving new emails

I am not receiving new emails.  Have had emclient for a while and not had this problem.  Researched your conversations and most said problem due to go daddy server etc.  Not exactly sure about that fix b/c I have never heard of go daddy server.  Can you please assist me.

Hello, I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to. If you’re having issues while receiving new emails please include more information about your current setup, e.g. what mail service are you using with eM Client? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? Are you using any security software such as firewall, proxy or antivirus software with email protection?

Are you seeing any errors when trying to fetch new items using eM Client?
