Start problems with version 8.2.1721

I have a problem with the em client product version 8.2.1721. After exiting the program and turning off the PC, during the restart phase of the Windows 7 operating system and the related EM client program, a window appears indicating that the program is closed incorrectly and the window to check for any errors present automatically starts. This happens systematically at every new start of the operating system and therefore of the email client program. How can I solve this problem?
