Spambox. First time I’ve seen it. Been using EM Client two years. 
Just answered my own question. It is a folder being downloaded from Outlook.com. I have used Hotmail since 2000. So it’s just a new folder from Microsoft.
Most likely it could have been created by connecting to the outlook.com account from a phone.
