I am still unable to replicated this in older or newer versions.
to all who are experiencing this issue, what are your rules, email provider and protocol.
Also what eM Client version do you use exactly?

Silly question, I know, but you are trying to reproduce it using a Gmail account via IMAP, correct? And the folder you’re moving to is also an IMAP folder in the same Gmail account? I doubt any other IMAP provider is going to show the problem since I believe Google is the only one that implements IMAP the way it does (only having a single instance of a message in their system and just using labels to “copy”/“move”.) (Just making sure.)
