Something wrong by the starting

Recently this window always occurs me with the starting the application. That means in translation, that app has not been closed correctly. What I do wrong?  

Hello, what version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? Are you able to load the application after the database check?

This window should be displayed in case the application has crashed or wasn’t uninitialised properly, this can also occur during o computer crash or restart. Are you seeing this each time you open eM Client?

Hi, my version is  6.0.22344.0. App opens sofar, but always after 5-10 min after dat check, which hassles. I use eMclient for more than 3 years, in April 2015 I moved to paid Pro version. Since then begun my issue with start. I guess it has no connection with pc crash or restart, as I use eM client daily, and everything but the eMclient opens smoothly. I tought that by to moving into Pro version I have to use different kind of closing, but it sounds weird…

Hello, not completely sure what you’re suggesting, please try to update your eM Client to this release, 6.0.22641.0 and check if the issue persists. When you close eM Client, please check if the “MailClient.exe” process is not running in the Task Manager (you can open your task manager by right clicking the start bar or by using Ctrl+Shift+Del).
