I’m writing because I’ve been experiencing an ongoing issue with events added to my Microsoft calendar.
Occasionally, when I create an event from another device, it does not appear in eM Client. The strange thing is that the event is correctly visible on all other devices.
For example, if I add an event from my Samsung calendar, I can see it on the Microsoft web calendar, but it does not show up in eM Client. Later, if I add another event, that one syncs correctly everywhere, including eM Client. However, the previously added event that was missing in eM Client still does not appear.
I have already tried removing and re-adding the account, but unfortunately the issue persists.

Sounds like your desktop calendar might just be out of sync with your online account and need repairing which normally fixes that.
So if you have a MS IMAP or Exchange calendar “right click on the word Calendar” directly under your email address in the calendar section and click “Properties” at the bottom. Then click the “Repair” tab along the top and finally click Repair.
That clears the local calendar account cache. The events may take a little time to come back / appear once cleared till fully cache again.

If removing and readding the account doesn’t fix it, then you might have possibly something interfering with the calendar updating such as a eg: optionally installed firewall / security program or optionally installed antivirus program or vpn.
So if you do have anything like that installed “other than what comes default with your OS” then try completely disabling those to test.
Apart from that “could be your eM Client version might need updating”. So if you originally installed eM Client directly from the website then check if you have the latest version for whatever you currently have installed via the release history page. If you do update make a backup first via “Menu / Backup” incase you need to restore later.
