some emails won't open up eM Client 5.0.17595.0

i am using windows 7 x64 professional with eM Client 5.0.17595.0 and some emails are not opening up. when i try and open the email - eM client just hangs - i tried closing the client and re-opening and still have the same problem. Also rebooted the machine and still have the same problem.
