Hi, while using image files signatures (e.g. company logo) in eM’s Windows version is easy, I get an error message while using them on Mac (it’s missing the path). First time I tried to insert pictures in my signature, eM told me that a “plugin” would be missing… can you help? Thx!
What plugin is it asking for ?
It didn’t tell. But I now know where the error was. I was inserting images via drag & drop (where eM complained about the plugin). After sending a test message I got the error about the missing source link, and even after I erased the pictures, the error message continued. Now I deleted every signature and re-created them from scratch, using the “insert picture” function. Now it works fine!
