SOLVED: emclient doesn't load large emails from EWS server (kerio)

ISSUE: emclient doesn’t sync email large over 20Mb from exchange server made by kerio connect. Outlook does and kerio connect also does.

SOLUTION
In the file mailserver.cfg (path usually is \program files\kerio\mailserver) locate this section

change the value in 100000000 or a different value

probably also this one may be a problem, I change it also to 100Mb.

Suggest this flow:

  1. arrest the kerio service in “services”
  2. edit che mailserver.cfg
  3. restart the service
  4. repair the folder “inbox” of emclient
  5. wait for the reload of the inbox folder
