The email account is not downloading incoming mail from the IMAP server, but it is sending email to the SMTP. The other office computer using a different email client is downloading emails fine, and I’m able to connect to the ISP’s mail client as well. I am unsure what is going on as diagnostics is connecting to the IMAP server. Any ideas? What logs can I upload to better diagnose what is going on?
You can try disabling your anti-virus then trying again.
Also, you can check that the IMAP port is set 993 to with the security policy Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)
Seems something with the anti-virus?! Messages just went through. I’ve been banging my head at this since yesterday and kept thinking it was something with the computer. Guess problem is resolved. May need to work with the anti-virus settings.
