Hello,
we are using eM Client with an MDaemon mail server via IMAP and are experiencing an issue with the Snooze (Rückstellen) function.
Problem description:
- An email is snoozed to a future date.
- The email initially disappears from the inbox as expected.
- After restarting eM Client, the email reappears in the inbox, even though the snooze date has not yet been reached.
The issue is reproducible and affects multiple mailboxes. It seems that the snooze state is not being persisted correctly or is not properly synchronized with the IMAP server.
Environment:
- eM Client version: 10.4.4209 (d96494b)
- MDaemon version: V25.5.2
- Protocol: IMAP
My questions:
- Is the Snooze feature fully compatible with MDaemon (IMAP)?
- Does Snooze rely on server-side capabilities (special IMAP flags, categories, or folders)?
- Are there any specific IMAP or server settings required for Snooze to work reliably?
- Is this a known issue?
Any guidance would be appreciated. I’m happy to provide logs or further technical details if needed.
Thank you!
