I can receive no issue.
As a test, can you completely disable any anti-virus, firewall, proxy or VPN, then try send again.
Sometimes even restarting your router may resolve this.

Lately for yet unknown reasons, antivirus has started blocking my personal email server for several clients. Avast Free, AVG, Avira and Eset so far. Not sure why but try disabling your antivirus for 10 minutes and see if you can send.
