Smtp settings not working

POP3 is working just fine, so you know the identity credentials are correct. Why are you using different credentials for SMTP? Just tick the Use identity credentials on the SMTP tab and that will eliminate one potential problem.

Sunriseal, I actually did call them but they made no real attempt to help fix it. Instead, they tried to upsell premium tech support so I politely said gbye. Gary, I was actually trying different methods and never switched it back to use identity. I did however finally get it working, even using use these credentials. It seems really strange, I changed my password using my existing password and it worked; who knows what was going on. Thanks for all of the help!!
