I’ve had some issues getting eM Client set up and it finally started downloading my mail today. Then an hour later I get an error message that says “SMTP server doesn’t support STARTTLS”, which means nothing to me. I’ve tried to adjust the settings but nothing is working and my outgoing mail is stuck in my outbox. Can someone help?!

please try changing your server security policy on all the included tabs to the (legacy) option.
Save, click refresh and see if the issue persists.
