SMTP does not connect

My eM Client will not connect with IMAP or SMTP, but works fine with POP3. I have two e-mail accounts (mail.kronen.lt and mail.jankrogh.com) at weblishtech.no. Passwords and addresses are checked and should work.
Also I have checked if there could be any mail shields, but cannot find any. I use Advanced Systemcare 6.2 PRO and Windows Firewall. Both programs were turned off.

The problem is solved. I bought Outlook instead.
