If you expect any help you will need to give details of your IMAP setup
and your service provider.
Have you actually checked to see if the server is active?

The server is active as I’m able to send & receive email via browser.
However, I’m able to send & receive email thru eM Client, but this error keeps popping up every time it refreshes.
