SMTP Configuration Failure with QQ Mail in eM Client v10.3.2040 (Windows)

First, thank you for your ongoing work on this excellent client. I’m posting to report an SMTP connection issue when setting up QQ Mail. I’ve included detailed logs and system info below, though I’m unsure if these fully pinpoint the problem.

Problem Description:

  1. During Add account (Step 4 - Test Configuration):
    IMAP test succeeds without issues.
    SMTP test fails consistently.
    QQ Mail receives a flood of “Test Email” messages during repeated SMTP tests.
  2. After Setup Completion:
    Receiving emails works normally.
    Sending emails fails** with the error: Unable to connect to server.

    • Firewall disabled
    • DNS cache flushed
