Is there any way you can customize the Smart folder section as to which accounts may be included? If so, how. If no, please implement…
I have multiple email accounts added and just want my main accounts to be in smart folders.
I know the answer will be just create a search folder for unread items just on the folders I choose. Unfortunatly then it lacks an unread counter and so on…

You can’t unfortunately configure smart folders as they’re preconfigured as virtual folders that collect all your mail. You can however setup a couple of search folders and setup to search through one of your accounts only. If you have smart folder enabled, right click smart folder and select display > Search folders.
After you do so right click search folders to setup a new search folder, search folder use the search query you define to collect your mail based on the search criteria.
