Slow/ Responsiveness of Send and Receive mail EMCLIENT MAC version

Hi,
We are experiencing a very slow process of the usual download (receive) of email in general…sometimes the process get stuck and the email don’t arrive…until we close the app and relaunch again…

This is emclient mac version 7.2.35128.0

Please let me know what is your mail server of this account and if the reinstall of the app helps.
