Signitures - No format in replies

Hi all

I am using V9 on Windows 10

My formatted signature works fine in my outgoing emails. However, for replies and forwards the signature image is not appearing and hyperlinks are shown as a URL rather than the text I linked it to.

Google search and in forums isn’t helping here.

I have sent the replies to myself to test and they are not working when I open.

Any fixes please?

This is most likely because the reply is plain text.

Go to Menu > Settings > Mail > Compose > Mail Format and change both to HTML.
