Signatures not being applied

Hi, I Installed eM Client yesterday, so I have the most recent version (I am also new to the product)

When I go into Settings>Mail>Templates and Signatures, I have signatures configured for my Exchange and Hotmail accounts.

The Exchange signatures say, “Synced with EWS (work email)”. For my Hotmail account, it says “Private (Hotmail address)”.

When I create a new email (reply or forward, they are all set up and behave the same) for either account, I just get a blank screen. It does not add the signature automatically.

Within the email editor, I can select and apply a signature from the menu, and everything works as expected.

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. eM client on Win10 and android does not seem to be pulling the exchange signature that I’ve created in the online version of Outlook in my Office 365 account. The signature titled “Synced with EWS” under Settings>Mail>Templates and Signatures>Signatures…, is blank.

I tried the solution I found online of deleting “all signatures in Outlook Web Application (OWA), then set “No Signature” for new messages and replies/forwards. Outlook should then create a new signature, which should sync to eM Client.”

It didn’t help.

It is suggested in that solution that Microsoft has released updates that can prevent Exchange Web Services (EWS) protocol from syncing signatures and that failing the above workaround one should request MS support to block Roaming signatures.

I suspect this opens a whole new can of worms. Anyone wiser on here?

Many thanks in advance!
